1. Introducing Your Divi Child Theme

Requirements

  • Divi Theme ( Parent Theme), a copy included in package.
  • Fresh Installation of WordPress (Recommended).
  • WooCommerce plugin (Recommended).

1. Before using a Divi theme, check a Server Requirements

Contact your hosting support and ask them to increase these values if possible.

  • WordPress 4.8 or higher
  • MySQL 5.6 or higher
  • PHP 5.6 or higher
  • Upload_max_filesize: 512M or more
  • Max_input_time: 300 or more
  • Memory_limit: 512M or more
  • Max_execution_time: 1000 or more
  • Post_max_size: 512M
  • PHP Remote GET: Enabled
  • Xdebug: Disabled

Go to Divi > Support Center > System Status > Check if you have correct WordPress configuration.

2. Desactivate all plugins and make sure you have the latest WordPress version.
